A welcome rest stop at Bahrain airport

On my way to Thailand, I had a seven hour transit in Bahrain. Fortunately I had access to the airport hotel where a three hour stay is possible with a platinum American Express card. The airport hotel is situated near gate 15 and has a range of different rooms. I enjoyed the use of a pod and had a shower afterwards to freshen up before my onward flight. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. #bahrain #airport
