The third hotel I stayed at in Munich was The Charles Hotel by Rocco Forte, which is also a member of the LHW alliance. It is only a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel has been open for nearly 20 years and should have been renovated. The main color is white, but it still has a strong old-money vibe. I stayed in the Deluxe Panoramic View Room this time, which is the highest level below the suite and the highest level of upgradeable room types. The room has two floor-to-ceiling windows facing the old botanical garden in Munich, offering an open view. Although the room is relatively simple and not large, it still pays great attention to details, such as underfloor heating in the bathroom. The hotel's only restaurant, Florio, is an Italian restaurant that offers breakfast and fine dining. Both the environment and the dishes are good.
