Mykonos at its finest.

I've always thought Mykonos is a far away dream but then a lucky lay over gave me the opportunity to explore it for a day and what a treat that was. I went from the airport straight to the beach for a swim. The island feels very friendly and safe. then I took a stroll to the wind mills by the coastal path. From there it's an easy walk into town where you can enjoy every thing from local food to luxury brands, all set in the beautiful white and blue buildings typical for Mykonos. I highly recommend getting out of the airport to explore if you have a long layover, it's only a 20min trip to and from. #travel #mykonos #greece
