The Metasequoia in Yanzi Lake, Nanjing

In early winter, after the autumn wind and frost, the Metasequoia in Yanzi Lake next to the No.3 gate of the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum scenic area in Nanjing has been dyed red and golden. Looking around, rows of neat Metasequoia reflected in the lake water, like a beautiful ink painting. Metasequoia, because its leaves are thin and dense like bird feathers, people vividly call it 'Metasequoia', known as the living fossil in plants.
