Open air museum Hessen Park is a must-see! Located in Neu-Anspach, Germany near Frankfurt am Main and Bad Homburg. The museum is near Saalburg so you strike two birds with one stone if you‘ll go there to see both amazing places! Hessen Park can be reached by private cars and by public transportations. It will take a 28 minutes ride with a private car from Frankfurt and an hour bus ride from Bad Homburg station that will bring you directly to this wonderful place! Hessen Park highlights the german 1600-1800 old houses, old pharmacy, old store and etc. It is an open air museum that is located in Taunus a mountain in Hessen with a beautiful view of nature and a breeze of fresh air. Outside the museum you will find a bakery, that sells tasty dark breads and cakes with different flavours, a restaurant that offers a variety of menus, and different kinds of stores that sell good stuffs from soaps to souvenirs that are cute! I highly recommend the dark bread! It is super tasty and made from a traditional german dough! Most locals from and around Frankfurt just drive there to buy the bread 🥰
