Pyramid

Just after landing, we rushed to the highlight of our Egypt trip today - the "Khufu Pyramid", located 16 kilometers south of Cairo. It is undoubtedly the tallest and largest building in the world. The three pyramids seen on site have stood on the Giza plateau for more than 4,500 years. They were built by Pharaoh Khufu and his son and grandson of the Fourth Dynasty of ancient Egypt, commonly known as the "Father, Son, and Grandson Three Towers". The Khufu Pyramid is 146 meters high and is made up of approximately 2.3 million stone blocks, with about 115,000 outer stone blocks, each weighing an average of 2.5 tons, as large as a small car. It took about 30 years to build the Khufu Pyramid. It is currently the top of the list of the Seven Wonders of the World and the only remaining wonder.
