I have a bit of a cleanliness obsession, and whenever I go out to stay in a hotel, I always bring my own toiletries and towels. Alcohol disinfectant wipes are a must-have for me~ After looking at many hotels, I finally chose this one, and it's like copying homework from someone meticulous! Before the New Year, my parents came to Yichang and we booked two rooms here, staying for two days. The check-in experience was incredibly good, starting from the reservation the hotel began to provide services, including free pick-up from the station. After we arrived at the East Station, the hotel sent a Mercedes to pick up our family of five, which was a full experience. I can't afford a Mercedes, but at least I got to ride in one (1111N) When checking in, the front desk offered us some snacks and also provided us with a room upgrade service. As soon as we entered the hotel, the lobby manager proactively asked whether we preferred to drink black tea or pear water, and prepared a warm heart tea for us! Everything in the room was free, which was a surprise! Including the drinks and mineral water in the mini bar~ (The hairdryer is a Dyson imitation, super useful). To sum up the advantages: Location: Very convenient for travel, located near Yichang East Station, whether taking a taxi or public transport, it's a great choice. About 2 kilometers from the hotel, there is a Fujuyuan night market, where we had some snacks on the first night, the radish dumplings were quite tasty haha. About 3 kilometers from the hotel, there is also a Berlin River Wetland Park and the Yichang City Museum. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to visit. Cleanliness: As expected from a hotel of the Australian Accord Group, a five-diamond hotel, the cleanliness is really well done. Although it's newly renovated, there is no strange smell. Facilities: It's the first time I've been in a hotel with such a large TV. I asked the front desk, and every room has a 75-inch TV, which really enhances the viewing experience. Plus, they have a laundry room, gym, and Happy Time for kids on the seventh floor, which seems like a great option if you're traveling with children. Service: The service attitude is really great. The young lady at the front desk was very polite, and there was a butler next to you during check-in to introduce and guide you through the check-in process, telling you about the hotel's facilities and how to use the smart robot Xiao Du in the room. Price: Among hotels of the same price and service level, I think their cost-performance ratio is very high. For a price of just over 300, you can stay in such a nice room, and if you book in advance and call the front desk, you can even enjoy a room upgrade service. By the way, their buffet breakfast is really good, with a rich variety, and the overall design of the hotel is also very impressive!
