When visiting Hulunbuir in Inner Mongolia, be sure to go to the 186 Colorful Ribbon River Scenic Area. Nestled against the mountains and by the water, it faces the largest village in the Russian Outer Baikal Frontier District, Duolunuoer, across the Erguna River. From a high vantage point, you can gaze upon the vast wetlands that stretch along the border, presenting a picturesque and splendid view with winding rivers that are as beautiful as a painting. The name '186 Colorful Ribbon River' does not come from having 186 rivers, nor 186 bends, nor 186 colors, but rather from a river located 186 kilometers along the most beautiful border highway. This site is a natural landscape of the Erguna River, featuring thrilling grass sliding and other activities, making it a prairie wetland amusement park.
