Visit Shitennoji Temple, Built by Prince Shotoku in Osaka

I had the opportunity to stay in Osaka, so I visited Shitennoji Temple. It was very accessible, just a short walk from Tennoji Station. Shitennoji is one of the oldest temples in Japan, along with Asukadera in Nara, and it is said to have been built by Prince Shotoku. You can see architectural styles from the 6th to 7th centuries. I was overwhelmed by the large pagodas like the five-story pagoda, the beautiful gardens, and the intricate decorations. There were many foreign tourists, making it one of Japan's most attractive tourist spots.
