Travelogue of Biwako Valley

At the summit of Biwako in Shiga, I spent a relaxing and pleasant time. As I reached the top, a refreshing mountain breeze brushed against my face, bringing a hint of coolness, and I instantly felt all the stress and worries disappear. The fragrance of the trees filled the air, as if gently telling me that this is a haven for the soul. I found a comfortable pavilion to sit in, and before me was a magnificent view of the lake and mountains. The lake surface shimmered with golden waves under the sunlight, and the waves gently lapped against the shore, producing a deep and rhythmic sound. The distant mountains layered with greenery made my mood joyful. The lush green leaves danced lightly in the breeze, as if waving to me. At the summit, I felt like I was in a natural healing place. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I listened to the birds singing and the wind rustling, these natural melodies like a gentle lullaby, making me feel the tranquility and leisure brought by nature. Here, time seemed to slow down, and I could relax my body and mind, stretch my limbs, and immerse myself completely in the tranquility of this mountaintop world. In addition to enjoying the lake view, I also found a small and beautiful café at the summit. The simple decoration and modest furniture made me feel a sense of homey warmth. The aroma of coffee lingered in the air, accompanied by soft music, making me feel happy. I savored the rich coffee, feeling its smoothness between my lips and teeth, accompanied by a small piece of homemade cake, sweet but not cloying. While reading a book and admiring the beautiful scenery outside the window, I enjoyed this leisure and ease, as if time had stopped here, leaving the most beautiful moments. During this relaxing and pleasant mountaintop trip, I rediscovered inner peace and tranquility. Harmonizing with nature made me feel the beauty and simplicity of life, casting all worries aside, focusing only on the present tranquility and joy. I deeply cherish this precious time and look forward to coming back to the summit to enjoy more relaxation and leisure, letting my soul be cleansed once again.
