"There's nothing in Palembang"

I beg to differ. It's hard not to find joy in the littlest things when your time is spent where your people are. It was convenient to get around where I was staying at (Hotel Santika Radial Palembang) and wherever I went, the people were approachable and generous. The Gojek app could get you through your days there easily – for food, transportation, and transactions. There may not be much there in Palembang but for a short getaway, I daresay it was more than enough.
