For my main, I ordered the Plusto Pasta, a delicious plate of spaghetti tossed in homemade basil puree, paired with tender chicken thighs and juicy mushrooms. The combination of fresh, earthy flavors made every bite delightful and satisfying. To top it off, I tried a curated drink called Evergarden. Made with thyme, rosemary, spearmint, elderflower, simple syrup, and tonic water, this drink was light, refreshing, and had a unique herbal twist. It felt like sipping a garden in a glass!
