Taking photos of the starry night on a red eye flight

#christmastrip #star #nightsky #photography #overnightflight Christmas flight tickets are expensive - to save cost one option is to choose a red eye flight :( But luckily I got a window seat and took some pictures of the night sky. Some tips of taking such photos using mobile phone: - better wait until the light in aircraft is dimmer to reduce reflection - try to roll down the window shade to reduce reflection, while keeping the phone in between the window and window shade - use Manual mode - set to highest ISO (e.g. 3200), test out different exposure time (e.g. 4-8 seconds) to balance between brightness of stars and blurriness. Just try it out if you get a window seat on an overnight flight!
