Penghu Xiyu One-Day Tour

Originally booked for snorkeling in the four islands of Penghu, but had to cancel due to the typhoon 🌀. Instead, we rented a car for a one-day tour of Xiyu. Xiyu is not large, and the attractions are close to each other, but it still takes a whole day to explore. Each attraction has its own unique local characteristics, making it worth visiting and savoring. Wai'an Fishing Harbor 📸: Known as the most beautiful fishing harbor in Penghu. From the observation deck, you can overlook the entire harbor, with houses 🏠 built on the hillside, reminiscent of Santorini in Taiwan 👍. Daguoye Columnar Basalt 📸: This magnificent landscape, which had been dormant for thousands of years, was accidentally revealed due to the excavation of soil and rocks for the construction of the pier ❤️. Whale Cave 🐳 📸: Located in Xiaomen Geopark, it is a natural landscape 👍. Erkan Village 📸: The various small exhibition halls are rich in local cultural characteristics. What attracted me the most were the humorous and interesting ballads created by local residents hanging on the walls of the ancient houses. Quench your thirst with a cup of almond tea 😋. Trans-Oceanic Bridge 📸: The old bridge piers are preserved, witnessing the vicissitudes of history. The view at the bridgehead truly gives the feeling of 'Grandma's Penghu Bay' 🥰.
