Mediterranean cuisine in Algarve

If you spend an evening in Algarve, Portugal you’d better enjoy the local Mediterranean cuisine. To me Algarve in general is not a very interesting destination as it’s crowded with tourists and kind of hiding the local cultural features out from the sight. But I’d say restaurant Rafael makes a little difference. It’s a place where locals also like to go. The chef is dedicated in making high quality food using good ingredients.
