There are several fish sauce production facilities on the island, four of which you can tour and learn about the process of making this popular sauce. Phú Quốc is great for vacationing. You can stroll slowly along the southern white sand beaches of Phú Quốc Island and enjoy the romantic atmosphere underneath the palm trees. Take a boat to the outlying islands and you can sunbathe on an amazing natural beach or dip into a renewing mud bath. Phú Quốc is a vacation destination also well suited for families with children. Visiting Tips:
▪️Bring Essentials: Pack sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a towel as you’ll be spending a lot of time in the sun. Also, bring a waterproof bag for your belongings if you plan to go snorkeling or swimming.
▪️Snorkeling Gear: Most tours don’t provide snorkeling equipment, so you need to bring your own.
▪️Cash for Extras: Although lunch is usually included, it’s a good idea to bring some cash in case you want to purchase drinks, snacks, or souvenirs on the island.

The main attraction is a modern-style hall with a dome-shaped ceiling, creating the illusion of walking on the ocean floor. This 100-meter-long tunnel, standing 4 meters tall, holds an impressive 3.5 million liters of seawater.

Great location, Venice Hotel
Nice and cozy hotel in sunset town with great location. It is within minutes to the Cable Car station, restaurants, cafes, and the night market (food street). Reasonably priced, and it is great value for money. There are so many lovely paintings in the hotel with a few insta-worthy areas. Buggy ride is available to the cable car station. Dedicated and attentive staff, great service and hospitality.

Regent is simply the pinnacle of Phu Quoc Island!! Here, you can face the tranquil and vast sea 🌊, lie on the white sandy beach 🏝️ of the west coast of Phu Quoc Island, and quietly enjoy the blue sky, white clouds, and sunset glow~ Life couldn't be more pleasant!! 🥰
✅ The hotel is only a 17-minute drive from the airport and only 7-20 minutes by car from nearby attractions such as Phu Quoc Walking Street, An Thoi Cable Car Station, Sao Beach, Phu Quoc Night Market, and Ho Quoc Pagoda. The transportation is very convenient. If you don't want to leave the hotel, you can also enjoy your vacation within the hotel.

DUSITPRINCESS MOONRISE BEACH RESORT
Coming to Phu Quoc, it is not difficult to find a beautiful resort. However, because this time the main purpose of going out is to relax, I want to find a resort close to the beach, good service, clean, spacious and important rooms. The food must be delicious. Dusitprincess Moonrise is a Thai resort, centrally located on Tran Hung Dao street, only 10 minutes drive from the airport. With a location like this, I am quite satisfied because it is convenient to travel and saves money on taxis. The space at Dusit is more about green space, designed in Thai architectural style. I booked a Deluxe Twin Room of about 32m2, with a large balcony facing the sea, comfortable bed and most importantly, a super nice bathroom. and large enough for me to spend an hour doing makeup every morning :))) Dusit has an infinity pool and is only 5 steps from the sea, every day I bathe in the lake and then go back into the sea continuously, the past few days I Life is no different from a fish :))) Because it is located near the airport, every afternoon watching the sunset, you can watch the plane land right above your head. It looks like a small ticket in the picture, but in real life, A huge plane actually flew right over my head. By the way, we must admit that Phu Quoc has a beautiful sunset specialty that captivates people's hearts.
🥘 One thing I really like about Dusit is the food, the buffet is diverse in each region, the dishes change every day, and there is even a separate counter for vegetarians. Staying in Dusit for 4 days, the food stall always rotates dishes from North to South: one day it's Hanoi beef pho, another day it's Hue beef noodle soup, and another day it's Southern noodle soup. Although most villas do not have a sea view, the overall design of the hotel did not push the main buildings closer to the sea, placing the villas behind the main buildings. The current layout allows the villas to become a scenic view for the main building rooms while avoiding the oppressive feeling of looking up at tall buildings for villa guests.
As a resort hotel, dining is a very important part. The Taste Gallery at Regent Phu Quoc includes three restaurants and two bars. The seaside restaurant Ocean Club mainly serves Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on Italian food. The restaurant also has a great wine collection and some exquisite cocktails~ I really liked it and had several meals there, the food was very good, highly recommended! Another restaurant at the hotel, Rice Market, mainly serves Vietnamese cuisine. It had been a long time since I had a baguette sandwich, and with one big bite, it was still the familiar taste! There is also the classic Vietnamese pho~ We liked it very much! Overall, the restaurant has innovated quite a bit with Vietnamese flavors, and dining here also allows you to enjoy the exquisite culinary performances in the open kitchen, which is very nice!

He really booked dinner for us at Sunset Lounge, so we didn't need tickets. But this restaurant really doesn't like to eat, I suggest taking a sunset card. It's love in the sunset. The sunset town of Susnettown is truly super valuable! Book all ten cable cars on Trip Advisor to kiss the stars and watch the fireworks show, totaling over 170. The cable car takes about fifteen minutes to overlook the colorful houses and sunset of the entire island, it's really beautiful! Sitting on the small island to the finish line is a super large water park, where you can play for a day. All kinds of activities are included in the ticket, and the night light show starts at 8:30 pm, with a half-hour show and about 10 minutes of fireworks. Getting There
There is no direct flight from Singapore to Phu Quoc as of writing and we flew from Singapore to Ho Chi Min hCity for a transit to Phu Quoc. IMPORTANT note: You will reach International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City T2 and you will need to collect your luggage, and cross to T1 by foot. It will take about 5 minutes walk. Refer to the summary below:

Plan your trip in advance, and contact the hotel you are staying in for a complimentary land transport service. You will need to email the hotel to inform them your arrival date and timing and most hotels provide free shuttle. Phu Quoc is a beautiful island and the weather can be extreme. It can be extremely wet during Monsoon season, and the best time to travel will be from March till October. The island is best known for their fine white sands and crystal clear sea water - Paradise for water activities such as 🤿 Snorkelling and Diving🤿. We went during the dry season in April, and thus we only needed wet suits and we proceed. Temperature was at 28 degree Celsius in the day and around 22 at night. It was more than comfortable!
Southern Part of Phu Quoc - 🚡Cable Car🚡 in Phu Quoc is a must try, bringing you across a few isolated island and it provides a Majestic view of crystal clear water. It takes around 18 minutes for a one way trip and the ticket will cost one around SGD 60 dollars that includes your entrance to Aquatopia Water Theme Park and a buffet Lunch. It's very worth trying for the ride and water park. The park is absolutely clean but it can get crowded during local holidays. There are more than 5 different kind of slides and a lazy river, very suitable for couples, friends, or even family. It's located on the southern part of Phu Quoc and you need to plan your itinerary well, otherwise you will waste some time traveling from North to South.
Northern part of Phu Quoc presents a more defined and lively area with stretches of shophouses filled with F&B, massage centers, salons, cafes, convenience stores, and home stays. Phu Quoc Corona Casino is located just beside Radisson Blu hotel and in order to enter the casino you will need to create a membership with them using your passport and all games are charged in Vietnamese Dong. There is then a Safari just 15 min away from and it’s is one of a kind. All cars are electric bringing you roaming in an electric bus entering the living spaces of the wild animals like Asian Black Bears, Asian Tigers, Lions, and even giant sized crocodile!

The Journey to Phu Quoc Island.
The seven-day and six-night trip went by so quickly, Phu Quoc Island really has a lot to offer, and the scenery is super beautiful. What impressed me the most is how enthusiastic the people here are, and the security is also very good, making it the top choice for a vacation.
We split our stay into two days each for the northern, central, and southern parts:
Northern part: Wyndham Supreme Hotel
Central part: Shell Hotel & Spa
Southern part: Emerald Bay Luxury Apartments
Each place was very comfortable to stay in, and I highly recommend the Wyndham Supreme Hotel in the northern part. It's convenient to go to the zoo or Pearl Paradise and Phu Quoc World with the shuttle bus. There's also a casino downstairs where everyone can relax at night. What's more impressive is the breakfast variety is super abundant and basically, we loved everything, definitely worth the stay!
At the zoo, you must buy a park car because it's really much bigger than those in Taiwan. For dining, I recommend going to the Giraffe Restaurant where the ticket includes a meal voucher, and you can feed the giraffes while enjoying your meal.
The most fun attractions in Pearl Paradise are in the Adventure Park, the roller coaster and the Maya Cave Coaster are very thrilling! We played in the water park first and then went to the land in the afternoon, there was plenty of time, so no need to worry about not having time to play. For dining, I suggest using the free meal voucher at the European Street at the entrance. If you want to see the mermaid show at two o'clock, you can also dine at the Ocean Restaurant there, remember to reserve a seat in advance! The evening shows are definitely better than Disney, I recommend securing a good spot early to watch!
As for Phu Quoc World, there's actually not much to see. We didn't catch the water dance show, and the two seafood restaurants we tried didn't leave much of an impression. If you want to take a boat, I recommend it, especially in the evening when you can see a beautiful sunset.
