Revisiting the old place, I encountered Kata Thani Beach in Phuket once again

How many 8 years does one have in a lifetime? Just like that, 8 years have passed since my first vacation here at this beach during the Spring Festival holiday of 2015. At that time, it was the Spring Festival holiday, and I had not yet secured my next job. Now, I am revisiting the old place. Both times I stayed at the Kata Thani Resort Hotel. The hotel is built right on the beach, which is incredibly beautiful, and there are also numerous swimming pools. Since my last visit, the hotel has expanded and added rooms with direct pool access. The hotel service remains as caring and enthusiastic as before. The only regret is that the breakfast receptionist from before is no longer there. I remember he was very conscientious and meticulous in his work. He could always remember the various requests of the guests clearly. The only flaw was that he consistently made a noticeable grammatical error in English; instead of saying 'two persons', he would insist on saying 'two people'. There was even a time when he asked a gentleman who came to breakfast in just his swimming trunks to return to his room, firmly stating that one needs to be properly dressed to have breakfast at the hotel. 8 years have passed, times have changed, people are different. I just hope that everyone is doing well.
