Best person for the job

My name is Shawna Sturks, I had a group arrived on November 10, 2023, around 2pm but the original booking that I made was November 11, 2023 (4 rooms). I spoke with the front desk agent, and he was telling me that they are fully booked. He was talking different language to the other lady, and I don't have any Idea if they are talking against me (unprofessional). Anyhow, my day was accomplished by Enrico once he arrived at work. He didn't hesitate to help me even the hotel was sold out; he also apologizes also on behalf of his colleagues that they couldn't help me. I told him that he doesn't need to apologize but he keeps on saying that he was so sorry about it. He overrides 4 rooms for me and even waive the charges of my wrong reservation that I made for November 11, 2023. I was so thankful to Enrico not only for what he did but the way he follows up on our rooms because the room was not ready yet. Calling us after checked in, I'm not only satisfied but very satisfied with his service. He is the real deal for this job and this hotel is lucky to have him. I didn't experience any issues because it overcomes what he has done to us. We'll definitely come back next year and recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.
