On the way to Tonglu, I was suddenly drawn by the grandiose tourist billboard on the roadside, which boasted of the 'Number One Family in Jiangnan', and my curiosity was piqued. I turned the steering wheel and made my way in. I found a parking lot and then studied the map carefully. It turns out that this place is Zhengzai Town of Pujiang County, which is also a historic ancient town. According to Baidu: Zhengzai Town houses one national key cultural relic protection unit, the Zhengyi Gate, and nine county-level cultural relic protection units including Qingluo Mountain House, the ruins of Dongming Academy, Shengyu Building, Xiaogan Spring, Chongyi Bridge, Laofoshe, Changqi Gong Shrine, the Nine Generations Same Residence Stele, and Xuanlu Mountain Cliff Carvings. And as far as the eye can see, the antique-style buildings on the street are brand new, which means there must be some genuinely old ancient buildings! There are not many tourists in this small town, but along a small stream on both sides, the surging water sounds truly healing. Lanterns🏮 hang in front of the shops, set against the greenery, creating a great atmosphere. Strolling through the market, I actually came across a national key protected unit - Zhengyi Gate. It is very simple and was being renovated. Despite the vicissitudes of history, the craftsmanship of the carvings shows the exquisite skills of the past. There are also well-preserved old wall gates that still carry on with life, watching the comings and goings of people!
