In Xinjiang, there is a route that is only open for 3 months a year, more dangerous than the Duku Highway, and more beautiful than Xinjiang S101~ It is the Yizhao Highway, known as the 'Little Duku'🛣️ I just came back from there and would like to share it with everyone~ - 【Yizhao Highway】 Provincial Highway 237, about 110 kilometers long, starts from the second bridge of the Ili River in Yining City in the north and ends in Zhaosu County in the south~ Total length: about 212 kilometers Upper section: Yining to Zhaosu section (the essence of Yizhao Highway: about 108 kilometers, takes 3 hours) Lower section: Zhaosu to Muzart section - 【Scenic Spots】 ✔️Upper section * Baishifeng Viewing Platform: The section from Baishifeng to Zhaosu is the most scenic part of Yizhao Highway (this is a classic cliff road aerial photography spot) * Anglet Daban: The viewing platform is over 3000 meters above sea level, offering a panoramic view of the vast mountains and pine forests * Wolf Valley: A free, lesser-known attraction near Zhaosu, consisting of more than 10 canyons and nearly a million acres of natural highland grasslands🍀 ✔️Lower section * Xiata Ancient Road: Near the main ridge of the Tianshan Mountains, adjacent to the vast Tekes River. Comparable to Mount Cook in New Zealand. Prepare clothing of different warmth levels according to the weather 🚗Self-driving Guide Vehicle restrictions: All types of vehicles with more than 7 seats (excluding 7 seats) and commercial vehicles with more than 5 seats (including 5 seats) ❗️❗️Parking and playing along the entire Yizhao Highway is prohibited (except in parking areas). From 22:00 to 09:00 the next day, no vehicles are allowed to pass (only exit, no entry) I visited both the north and south sections of the Duku Highway on this trip, and personally, I prefer the Yizhao Highway.
