High-value dishes, such as salmon, tuna, and beef, need to be requested at St. Regis, which feels a bit uncomfortable. The specialty of St. Regis is imported oysters, while Haitian's specialty dish is mantis shrimp. At St. Regis, you get lobster and sea cucumber chicken soup; at Haitian, it's lobster and large abalone. In terms of service, St. Regis is better, with younger staff, indicating that the hotel has not cut costs on personnel. The quality of the dishes at St. Regis feels better. The desserts at St. Regis are quite good. Drinks can be mixed by the waiters, but unfortunately, St. Regis does not have rice wine, so you can't pair it with oysters, which is a bit of a pity. From the room, you can see the Badaguan and the sea. Unfortunately, the next day there was heavy fog, and it was really a vast sea of clouds, all white and nothing could be seen clearly. The hotel decoration is really luxurious and exquisite, and for the first time, I encountered a heated drying rack in the bathroom, haha, many hotels don't even have a place to dry clothes, let alone heating. After swimming, you can wash your swimsuit and hang it on the rack, and use it again the next day. The suite size is also very spacious, after all, as a resort hotel, the basic room type area is fifty to sixty square meters, and the suite is almost one hundred square meters. You can walk to the Third Bathing Beach downstairs, and I also walked along the coastline to the sailing pier, which took about forty minutes. Qingdao is very fun, not crowded or hot in summer, I want to come again next time.
