It only takes 1.5 hours from Dongguan, and here you have Guangdong's longest hiking trail and the waterfall with the largest drop in mainland China (Bai Shuixian Waterfall), but the scenic area is not crowded. You can take photos and play around freely, and all the way there are streams and waterfalls, which are incredibly cool. It's perfect for a weekend hike to relax and breathe in the oxygen. About hiking: ① The highest peak here is 1088 meters above sea level, with a total of 9999 steps, among which 699 steps (Shuanglonghui) and 1499 steps (Puming Platform) are the best spots to view the waterfalls. ② For those with average physical strength, you can hike to 1499 steps (Puming Platform) or 2199 steps (Qinpu Platform) and then descend the mountain, which is expected to take about 1.5 hours. ③ Those with good physical strength can directly challenge the highest point at 4099 steps (Xianggu Heavenly Pool), which is expected to take 2-3 hours, but be sure to reserve time for descending the mountain.
