Guangzhou Winter Family Fun: Senbola Forest Resort Hotel 1. Hotel check-in and service: We arrived at around 1 pm and checked in smoothly. The service was great throughout the process. It's worth mentioning that we went on the weekend, but the shuttle bus wasn't crowded and was always available. After checking in, the service was very responsive. 2. Accommodation: We booked a bubble room in a villa. The environment was great, the room was clean and tidy, and the hot spring pool was clean. Maybe because the hotel is newly opened, the overall environment was very comfortable. This is the cleanest and tidiest villa I've stayed in around Guangzhou. Parking was convenient, right at the door. If you have a large group, I recommend the villa. The first floor has a yard where kids can play ball and adults can sunbathe. The second floor has a ball pit and slide where kids can play for a long time. 3. Activities: There are many activities, including hot springs, a theme park, hiking in the redwood forest, camping, and feeding cute animals. Hot springs: The hot springs are average. It's not a hot spring resort. It's just a place for kids to play in the water in winter. It's not big and there aren't many pools. If you want to soak in hot springs, choose carefully. Theme park: Kids love it. It's suitable for young kids (4–10 years old). Kids over 10 might find it childish. There are many activities. The hotel provides free tickets and game tickets, so you don't have to pay. We played for two days and the kids loved it. There are some paid activities, which you can choose to join or not. Redwood forest camping and feeding cute animals: The redwood forest and feeding cute animals are in the theme park. Allow at least 3 hours to play. There is a camping area. It's very comfortable in good weather and the scenery is nice. There are paid bumper cars and paintball. You can try them if you like.
