In Xianrendong Village and Puzhehei Village, the delicious food made me even happier! 🍱These delicacies are hidden in the villages. Come and try them! 1⃣️Colorful rice: My favorite! It's colorful, soft, and delicious. It's made by crushing the flowers, stems, roots, and leaves of plants to obtain colorful juice, which is then added to soaked glutinous rice to make colorful rice. 2️⃣Chicken soup with Termitomyces mushrooms: Not only delicious but also healthy. Termitomyces mushrooms are a specialty of Yunnan and are known as the "king of mushrooms." They are said to boost immunity, lower blood sugar, and have anti-aging effects. 3⃣️Braised jumping fish: This jumping fish is not found in my hometown.
