As the filming location of the movie "Summer Holiday," Laguna Redang Island Resort is one of the most popular resorts on Redang Island. After comparing several options, I finally chose this one because it not only offers a wide range of entertainment options but also has a lively atmosphere. ❤ The stay was great: The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and there were many Chinese-speaking staff members. Highly recommended! 🚢 Transportation and Transfers After arriving at Kuala Terengganu Airport, you can take a Grab to TTI Jetty and take the ferry provided by the hotel to the island. ✔️ Two ferries per day: 9:30 am and 12:00 pm; ✔️ Two ferries to leave the island: 9:00 am and 11:45 am. ⭕️ The ferry ride takes about 1.5 hours. If you miss the ferry, you will need to take a speedboat at your own expense, so it is recommended to allow 2–3 hours of buffer time when arranging flights. 🍜 Meals The resort offers three buffet meals a day with a wide variety of dishes, including main courses, steaks, salads, fruits, drinks, and soups, which are especially suitable for Chinese tastes! I personally love the food here. In the evening, you can also order snacks and drinks at the lounge, which are also delicious. 🤿 Diving Activities The resort is located right on the beach, making it convenient for snorkeling. In addition, there are complimentary snorkeling trips: ✔️ 9:30 am snorkeling at the Marine Park: shallow water, white sand, and lots of fish, perfect for beginners; ✔️ 3:00 pm open sea snorkeling: directly into the sea from the boat, suitable for experienced divers (not recommended for beginners). ❤ Be sure to arrive on time for the meeting, and remember to take seasickness medication in advance if you get seasick. In addition, the hotel also offers paid activities such as charter fishing, turtle chasing, deep diving, and off-road vehicles, which can be booked directly at the front desk. 👍 Highly Recommended: Laguna Redang Island Resort has excellent environment and service, and the rooms are so close to the beach that it is heartwarming.
