Kazan Cathedral

Walking around Nevsky Prospect in St. Petersburg you can’t miss the beautiful Cathedral with huge columns. This cathedral was built in 1811 but after 1812 it became a monument to celebrate the victory in the war. The famous Marshal Kutuzov was buried in this cathedral. Lots of people nowadays come to visit his grave. Now Cathedral functions like a church with all the services. But it’s also a museum.
