UNESCO World Heritage - The Acropolis of Athens

#familytrips2024 A UNESCO World Heritage site, the Acropolis & Parthenon are one tourist attraction that one should not miss when visiting Greece. Built in the 5th century BCE, you can find the remains of several massive ancient archaeological and historical temples and buildings. As the site is perched ontop of a rock above the city of Athens, you are able to view the city of Athens at various areas at the Acropolis. My dream destination for a family trip will be Japan.
