Stayed at Banling Hot Spring Hotel in Sanya

After two days of rest at the hot spring hotel, the public facilities were a bit old, but the hot spring pools built in the small mountain jungle were still nice. The water was clear and seemed to be changed daily, and there were quite a few pools to soak in, with a pleasant environment. In addition to guests, there were many elderly people from the northeast spending the winter, and quite a few foreign individual travelers, seemingly from Southeast Asia and Russia. The only downside was the restaurant's irregular service; lunch depended on whether the chef showed up, dinner had to be sorted out by oneself, and breakfast was limited but refined enough to be filling. There were many mosquitoes in the room at night, which caused intense itching after bites, which was a bit unbearable. Some of the customer service and front desk staff clearly had not undergone proper training, with very poor quality in manners, language, and cultural education. Young girls and young wives had no sense of service, and it was difficult to ask them anything, which was a pity given the hot spring environment. The leadership was still good, aware of these issues, but whether they can be changed or not remains to be seen. I hope the hot spring improves its service quality and strictly trains its room and front desk staff.
