First time visiting West Island, let's take a look

You can take a bus directly to the pier of West Island. Buy tickets online in advance, and you can enter directly by scanning the code. On the left after landing on the island 👈 is the fishing village, and on the right 👉 is Niuwang Ridge. You can take an electric car, but it cannot stop midway, so I chose to walk. The scenery along the way is very beautiful, and I really like the feeling of walking and stopping. Of course, if you can ride an electric bike, you can also rent one, but electric bikes cannot be ridden to Niuwang Ridge. Also, there are no shops selling things on the way to Niuwang Ridge, so remember to bring a bottle of water. The scenery at Niuwang Ridge is quite beautiful and worth a visit. There are many places to eat in the fishing village. I didn't do my homework and thought there was no food on the island, so I ended up eating at Niuwang Ridge. The food was really bad, and I regretted it when I got to the fishing village. Most of the spots in the fishing village are man-made check-in points, which I don't find interesting. I prefer the natural scenery of Niuwang Ridge. However, there are many small seaside shops here, and it's very comfortable to have some coffee and desserts. In summary, if you want to eat or like man-made check-in points, go to the fishing village on the left 👈 after landing on the island. If you like natural scenery, go to Niuwang Ridge on the right 👉. The entire West Island is not big. If you walk and take photos along the way, it takes about 4-5 hours. If you can ride, it is recommended to rent an electric bike.
