The owner grilled the meat perfectly, and we even tried some cuts we had never tasted before, each with a unique flavor. It was truly amazing. Although it can be a bit awkward having the owner stand next to you while grilling, it's worth it for the taste. The grilled shishito peppers and mushrooms were also delicious.
