My favorite is mackerel sushi. Doesn't it look delicious? I usually eat mackerel in cans, but it was refreshing when I ate it as sushi. I asked what the green color was because it looked like herbs were on it, and they said it was chopped green onions ground with lemon juice and ginger juice. I could feel pride in the food when I saw the chef's silent eyes saying, "Try it, it's delicious" while putting the sashimi on the plate. ㅋㅋ It can be a bit burdensome depending on the case, but? The menu was explained calmly, and we were able to eat comfortably with appropriate conversation and chat.
