The menu is lean and well, we ordered whatever that's available then. 1. Dumpling - came in thin translucent skin and almost perfect folds filled with fresh pork and vegetables. Compared to the typical dumplings, there wasn’t much porky aftertaste. 2. Bibimguksu - cold wheat noodles tossed in a spicy red pepper paste sauce - this bowl of noodle was really tasty. The sauce was really well prepared with abundant amounts of hot pepper and garlic. 3. Kalguksu - The noodle’s texture was exceptionally smooth, like a much softer form of udon. The broth soup was clear and nourishing. A bowl of comfort food in a foreign land.
