Lounge- The lounge is on the second floor. It seems that the hotel forgot to grant me access to the lounge, but they quickly made up for it. There are quite a few people in the lounge during this time, but the service attitude and smile of the lounge waitress Sandra really made me feel very comfortable. Gym- The gym is a bit small, you could say it's only half the size of the JW in Changsha. The equipment is placed very densely. Highlight- The service spirit of some hotel staff is really commendable. Front desk staff Yoyo responded instantly to the requests I made on the app despite being so busy. They quickly found and handed over the express delivery I left behind at checkout to the courier. Although it is a business hotel, the earnest and down-to-earth service attitude of certain hotel staff is indeed a pleasant surprise.
