To idle here, to take a walk, and to temporarily escape the city and its pressures is such a delightful thing. ✔️ La Zhubamboo is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel that mainly serves Jiangxi cuisine, with Cantonese and local Shanghai dishes as well. The dining environment is elegant and unique. Jiangxi cuisine, also known as Gan cuisine, is seriously spicy and genuinely delicious. Almost every dish on the menu showcases the spicy taste of Jiangxi cuisine and the essence of stir-frying over high heat, tempting in flavor, color, and aroma, making it a safe bet to order blindly from the menu. ✔️ The hotel's Nan Shufang is a place where you can experience traditional Chinese culture. I participated in a one-hour rubbing class, allowing me to hand-make a beautiful woodblock rubbing, inheriting the ancient technique that has been passed down for thousands of years, and feeling the profoundness of traditional Chinese art. 🌈 Looking back on the time spent at Amanyangyun, it's like a day of comfort and relaxation. Free from the trivial worries of everyday life, I rediscovered the sense of ritual in living, enjoying a touch of luxury that stays in the heart. No matter how much courage we need to muster to face the world at other times, we must always find the balance between work and life, sleep well, and eat well.
