You'll just be taking pictures of each exhibit without really learning anything. 3️⃣ People with mobility issues should avoid coming for now and wait until the crowd thins out. ➡️Other exhibition tips ✅ The Ancient Egypt exhibition is at the People's Square branch of the Shanghai Museum, not the East Branch. ✅ Day tickets stop entry at 16:00 (closed on Mondays). ✅ Take Metro lines 1, 2, or 8 to People's Square Station, exit 1, and walk for 3 minutes. ⚠️ Entry is only through the south gate; the north gate is exit-only. ✅ The People's Square branch of the Shanghai Museum is not large. You can see the service desk right after entering, where you can hire a guide or rent audio guides. ✅ The "Land of the Pharaohs" is the most popular hall, with many exhibits and visitors. Allocate more time for this hall. ✅ Night sessions: Open from July 19 to August 31, every Tuesday to Friday from 17:00 to 21:00 (entry stops at 19:00). ✅ There is a restaurant inside the museum, and you can also bring your own snacks. ✅ Be civilized while visiting, do not touch the exhibits. ⚠️ The circular display stand in the "Land of the Pharaohs" hall is a disaster! Some people want to queue around the circular stand to view the exhibits, while others do not queue and just cut in to see the exhibits.
