Impressions of Dongshe Village, Qingpu.

Dongshe Village is located in Liantang Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai. After 2002, Dongshe Village was formed by the merger of the original Dongtuan Village and Shebang Village, and the first characters of the two villages were taken. It is a suburban original solemn temple-style village and a beautiful rural demonstration village in Shanghai. In 2022, Dongshe Village was listed by the municipal relevant departments as the fifth batch of rural revitalization demonstration village creation list. Dongshe Village has a long history and a long process, which can be traced back to the Northern Song Dynasty. There are three historical relics in the village, namely the "Ruilon Bridge" in the Ming Dynasty, the "Solemn Temple" in the Yuan Dynasty, and the "Jinshan Tomb" in the Northern Song Dynasty, all of which have added a lot to the future development of Dongshe Village. It is reported that the village intends to build it into a homestay resort that integrates leisure and vacation, tourism and sightseeing, and quiet meditation. The author visited Dongshe Village recently. In the village, the small river is gurgling, the vegetation is lush, and the bamboo is surrounded by the village. It is known that Dongshe Village has been carrying out the rural operation mode of "production and village integration, whole village creation, and professional operation" in recent years. Follow the main line of vacation, intangible cultural heritage, meditation, and farming, and take a road of rural revitalization that integrates the development of new industries such as "agricultural culture and tourism". The author went around the village for a week and found that the entire village is still a large construction site: power erection, resort houses, road leveling, green plant integration and other infrastructure construction are in full swing. Therefore, Dongshe Village still has a long way to go. In view of the hard work and unremitting efforts of the people in Dongshe Village, we have reason to believe that Dongshe Village will definitely become a new tourist check-in place in Qingpu and even the Yangtze River Delta, and everyone is looking forward to it!
