A hotel with a perfect atmosphere - No. 12 Hengshan Road, Shanghai, Cordis Hotel.

Originally the No. 12 Hengshan Road Luxury Collection under SPG/Marriott, it was later sold to IHG and changed to the Cordis brand. The hotel is adjacent to the former residences of Sun Yat-sen and Zhou Enlai, Longhua Martyrs Cemetery and Longhua Temple, as well as Fuxing Park with a French garden style. The entire hotel has a beautiful surrounding structure, and many artworks are placed in the lobby, which complement the environment. It's quite interesting to walk around and look at them. The room is very large and the hardware equipment is well maintained. The decoration is also similar to the lobby, with a more Chinese style. The gym is on the second basement level, the space is very open and bright, and the equipment is relatively complete. The swimming pool opposite is now open as usual. The restaurant is on the fifth floor. I only had a buffet breakfast at the hotel. The variety is average, but the taste is okay, especially the scallion oil noodles at the noodle stall, which is highly recommended. The area around the hotel is really good for shopping! Various restaurants, cafes, and some interesting small shops, even walking to Wukang Road and Huaihai Middle Road is not far. Moreover, the hotel is close to the subway entrance, which is quite convenient for travel.
