Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden, located on Chenhua Road, Songjiang District, is a comprehensive botanical garden integrating scientific research, popular science and sightseeing. The botanical garden covers a large area and has a rich and diverse variety of plants, including a mine garden, an exhibition greenhouse, a rose garden and many other characteristic gardens. The garden has a elegant environment and flowers bloom all year round, making it a good place for citizens to relax and entertain and get close to nature. I like the exhibition greenhouse the most. It is the area with the most diverse plant species and the most concentrated display in Chenshan Botanical Garden. It is composed of three single greenhouses, the Tropical Flower and Fruit Hall, the Psammophyte Hall and the Rare Plant Hall, with a total area of 12,608 square meters. It collects rare plants from all over the world, including tropical rainforest plants, psammophytes and strange types of plants that show the survival and evolution of plants, such as carnivorous plants, cycads, ferns, orchids and pineapples. The exhibition greenhouse not only provides visitors with a window to appreciate the diversity of plants, but also is an important base for plant scientific research and popular science education.
