Admire the autumn scenery at Qiuxia Garden and taste delicious food on Zhouqiao Old Street.

In late autumn, I wanted to see the beautiful scenery of Qiuxia Garden, so I drove there on the weekend. I was worried about the parking space, so I navigated directly to the RT-Mart Jiading Store next to the scenic area and parked my car in the supermarket parking lot (paid). The north gate of the parking lot is only a few dozen meters away from the ticket window of Qiuxia Garden. The ticket price is CNY 10 per person. After enjoying the beautiful scenery, you can go directly to the Jiading Museum next door through a passage in the garden (museum tickets are free, no reservation is required, and you cannot return to Qiuxia Garden after entering the museum). Visiting the Jiading Museum can also give you a better understanding of the history of Jiading. The exit of the museum is opposite Zhouqiao Old Street (no ticket is required). You can walk around the old street, where there is also Fahua Pagoda. You can also have lunch at a restaurant on the old street. Walk south along South Street to reach the Confucian Temple (free ticket) and Huilongtan Park (CNY 5 per person).
