A hotel even more considerate than a boyfriend!

This was my last night in Lijiang, staying at Kuan Shang. The price was over a thousand, but the service completely blew me away. I suggest this kind of service should be promoted nationwide. Lobby. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was touched by the first thing: the staff were very enthusiastic and had prepared towels, tea, and rose pastries, so there was no need to stand at the front desk waiting to check in. My child and I sat down in the courtyard after dinner, and just a minute or two after sitting down, a staff member immediately brought over two cups of rose water, which moved me again. Afternoon tea. After checking in, I immediately received a message on my phone informing me of various benefits during my stay. What's special is the afternoon tea and the complimentary cleaning of five pieces of clothing. I never expected that a one-night stay would include free laundry for five items. The afternoon tea was also very sincere and quite exquisite. Room. Upon entering the room, I saw the welcome fruit they had prepared. Moreover, everything in the tea cabinet was complimentary, including a few bottles of imported mineral water and some drinks, which my child really liked. Restaurant and breakfast. Every item I got for breakfast was delicious, the kind of sincere breakfast that can fill you up well. Not like some hotels that have a lot of variety and a long spread but not many appetizing or tasty options.
