The lake itself is not that impressive, but the moss forest is stunning and worth a visit. The round-trip carpool fare is CNY 150 per person, and the journey takes about 2.5 hours. The mountain road is a bit dangerous, with landslides and rocks on the road, and some sections are bumpy. If you get carsick easily, bring some medicine. Villagers charge CNY 10 for entering the mountain. There are toilets at the entrance and at the parking lot further up.
