Haba Snow Mountain

Haba Snow Mountain is located in the southeast of Shangri-La County. It is a high mountain that was rapidly elevated under the strong influence of the Himalayan orogeny and the subsequent Quaternary tectonic movement. The highest peak is 5,396 meters above sea level, while the lowest river surface is only 1,550 meters above sea level. The main peak of Haba Snow Mountain is tall and proud, covered with snow all year round, surrounded by four small peaks, and looks like a silver cast treasure tripod standing between the blue sky and white clouds. Haba Snow Mountain is covered with snow all year round above 4,700 meters above sea level. The climate on the snow mountain is unpredictable, sometimes with clouds and mist, and sometimes with clear skies and snow. The mountain is like a pillar, a cone, a lotus flower, or a building, with a variety of styles.
