Recommended itinerary D1: Hongcun, experience Hui-style architecture and autumn scenery. D2: Tangyue Memorial Archways, Bao's Family Garden, Chengkan, Tangmo, experience Huizhou culture and architecture. D3: Xin'an River Landscape Gallery, enjoy natural scenery and Huizhou culture. 6. Recommended Huizhou cuisine • Moldy tofu: A traditional Huizhou dish, with white fuzz growing on the surface of the tofu, and a delicious taste. • Stinky mandarin fish: A representative of Huizhou cuisine, it smells stinky but tastes delicious. • Huangshan pancake: A local specialty snack, suitable as a travel snack. 7.
