Getting There - Just at the shore of the beautiful setter Qipan Lake Scenic Area a 40 min drive from the city center. Park entrance fee 20 RMB and ticket for the movie town 100 RMB. it’s actually expensive for what you get but worth as a one time event. Plan your trip according the publicly available schedule and you will be able to see live TV shootings on site. Very typical local soldier and war scenes. the scenery is in good condition and quite interesting how a facade will be turned into a stunning movie. It looks so real. It’s a great area for kids to discover the area and different houses. It’s not crowded usually and therefore a pleasant getaway from the craziness in the nearby zoo.
