Flawless! Grand Hyatt Shenyang suite experience.

It's been 3 years since I last stayed at the Grand Hyatt Shenyang. This time I stayed in the same suite ending in 01. The hotel seems to have not aged at all. The room is well maintained and as comfortable as ever. You can't tell that the hotel has been open for 12 years. It's much newer than the 6-year-old Shimao Hilton. . The hotel's service has also improved. The room was prepared without any extra instructions. There were flowers, a teddy bear, and even a mooncake gift box. The room card was valid until 4pm. . I've written about the room before, so I won't repeat it here. There have been some changes. For example, the toiletries have changed from L'Occitane to the standard Balmain at the Grand Hyatt. However, they are still small bottles. The hair dryer has been upgraded to a Dyson. The tea bags have also been upgraded from TG to TWG. These are rare upgrades in the hotel industry.
