A family-friendly resort hotel in Shenzhen with an excellent experience

🏨 Shenzhen Yitian Westin Hotel The overall feeling is pretty good. 🌟Highlights: The room is cleaned multiple times a day, always during times when we are out, and they even help fold clothes. There's a simple welcome fruit upon check-in, and the body wash has a white tea fragrance, which is quite comfortable. The staff are young, polite, and great with children. The Luo Han Guo tea and mint lemon water in the lobby are very fresh. 🍽Dining recommendation: We used the buffet breakfast for a week, which has a wide variety; the complimentary evening executive lounge meal for members is also good, with four or five hot dishes, two soups, eight cold dishes, various desserts, bread, beverages, and cocktails. They change the variety every day, from 5:30 pm to 8 pm. Some days we would eat before taking the kids out and could have another meal when we came back. 👍Most recommended: The outdoor swimming pool is quite large, divided into three areas, and the water temperature is good. Even small babies can safely float and play. They also provide free-to-borrow swim rings, snorkeling shoes, and swim caps, which is very convenient. 🗓Itinerary: The hotel is located at Yitian Holiday Plaza, seamlessly connected to the shopping mall, which is great for shopping and strolling. The subway is right below, and across the street are Window of the World and Happy Valley, making the location unbeatable. Especially the rooms with a view, which come with a free fireworks show. There are two ponds with large koi fish at the hotel entrance. Bringing fish food (baby rice crackers) can entertain for a good half day. The fish are slippery, soft, and very friendly!
