National Geographic didn't lie to me, this coastline in Shenzhen is absolutely stunning.

If you come to Shenzhen, I highly recommend you visit the Dongxi Chong coastline, which has been praised by National Geographic as one of the most beautiful coastlines. The blue sky, white clouds, and the mountain-sea boardwalk leading to the end of the sea are truly breathtaking. They say beautiful scenery never gets old, and this is my third time visiting the observatory. Make sure to come on a sunny day; the sea will be especially blue, like an oil painting. It's really beautiful and perfect for a relaxing holiday and taking photos! 🚧 Address: Shenzhen Observatory 📍 Location: Shenzhen Xichong No. 4 Beach Parking Lot 💰 Admission: Free ✅ Easiest hiking route: Walk from Xichong No. 4 Beach to the shuttle bus stop at the observatory, take a 10 RMB ride to the mountain-sea boardwalk (or you can choose to hike for 30 minutes to the boardwalk). After playing, you can hike down along the boardwalk and take a yacht (50 RMB) back to Xichong No. 4 Beach (or return the same way; the last shuttle bus down is at 18:30, so be mindful of your playtime, or you'll have to hike down for 30 minutes). ✅ Tips for playing: ① Remember to check the weather in time; it is recommended to come on a sunny day to play, the sea will be especially blue, and the scenery will be much worse on cloudy days. ② Be sure to do sun protection, it is recommended to bring sunscreen clothing, sunscreen masks, and hats. ③ Bring water and a small amount of snacks to replenish your strength, or you can buy them at the small shop at the entrance of the mountain-sea boardwalk. ④ The transportation here is not convenient, it is difficult to get a taxi, it is recommended to drive by yourself, and directly navigate to 'Xichong No. 4 Beach Parking Lot'.
