In Shenzhen!! Budget hotel! Just checked out!! It was really nice.

First time upgrading to a suite, Courtyard by Marriott was good, will go again next time. Checked in at Courtyard by Marriott Shenzhen Bao'an on my birthday. Was upgraded to a suite at check-in, and also received a small cake. The room was quite large, with a living room, bedroom, cloakroom, two bathrooms, and a large bathtub by the window, which I think could fit three people 🤭 The mini bar had more items than other room types, including a capsule coffee machine and two capsules, everything else was the same. It was raining in Shenzhen these two days, so I wanted to go to the hotel to relax. The executive lounge on the 10th floor had afternoon tea from 15:30 to 17:30, and happy hour from 17:30 to 19:30. The food was quite rich, with a wide selection of drinks, not too many beverages or juices, but there were hot dishes, salads, and fruits. Cocktail time from 19:30 to 21:30 had the same drinks, but no food. I really liked the gym, it was great. The breakfast had a wide variety. The hotel was in a good location, two subway stops from the airport, suitable for transit passengers, and there was a shopping mall nearby. The room was very spacious after the upgrade, the bathroom was semi-open but had a wet and dry area, there was a small cloakroom at the entrance, and plenty of storage space. There was a row of sofas by the window for watching planes, but the view outside the window was just buildings, the bed was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was average, but the variety was quite rich, after all, it was a mid-to-high-end business hotel. If you are staying in Bao'an or transiting in Shenzhen, it is a convenient choice for business trips.
