| Black Pearl 1-diamond Japanese restaurant Qiwu. Third visit to Shenzhen 📍 Black Pearl restaurant 🎖️ 1-diamond Japanese restaurant 🍣 Qiwu. I visited once in 2021 and once in mid-2022 🥰. I didn't have a strong impression of Qiwu at the time, just thought it was normally delicious 😋. Three years later, Qiwu has developed its own characteristics. There are eight seats at the counter 🔥. I think the three most popular omakase 🍣 restaurants in mainland China are: Xi, Xiaoshi, and Qiwu 📍. The good thing is that the ingredients are carefully selected to restore the original flavor as much as possible 🥩. This third visit to Qiwu really stood out, this is the reform I was hoping for 💡! This time I tried the Qiwu 🍱×Tenye 🍾️ collaboration. Paired with Juyondai and Lehua Bai 🍸, plus 6 of Tenye's most popular tempura 🍤, I enjoyed a meal of Qiwu and Tenye's joint production 🥰! I have always thought that the service at Qiwu in Shenzhen is also top-notch 🥇. The curtain is opened 🚪 as you enter the door, and the meal is served with some hospitality 🎎. After each piece, the waiter 💁‍♀️ wipes the plate, and the tea is refilled infinitely after the meal. The empty plate is taken away immediately 🍽️. Tuna 🐟: Otoro, chutoro, and back 🍣. I like the taste of chutoro the most. The blanched fish with rice is just right 🥰. Monkfish liver: Extremely amazing! This monkfish liver has a real ice cream texture, dense and smooth, melting in the mouth ✨. The fresh sweetness of the fish liver spreads in the mouth, which is really enjoyable. The pickled watermelon 🍉 on the side is also a perfect match 😋. Lobster chawanmushi 🍵: Hot, the lobster is bouncy and large, and the scallion oil enhances the fresh sweetness of the shrimp. I think as one of the few Japanese restaurants 🥇 that can be ranked on the Black Pearl ⚫️, it is indeed worthy of being the top of Shenzhen Omakase 🎖️ 🍣. Qiwu's innovative roll ✨ understands Chinese ingredients and Chinese stomachs, and makes Chinese-style omakase.
