Quanzhou City Walk

Quanzhou Travel Guide! Must-see in November!||I want to share some of my latest travel experiences in Quanzhou. Quanzhou is a beautiful city, a great place to learn about culture and enjoy a slow-paced city walk. The cost of living is low, and most attractions are free! But remember to do your research in advance! 🧥 Weather: Quanzhou is already a bit cold in November, so don't be misled into thinking you can still wear short sleeves! You can wear a sweatshirt with a short-sleeved shirt underneath, so you can take it off if you get hot. 📝 Travel Guide: Traveling in Quanzhou is not just about visiting popular spots, but also about worshiping and learning about intangible cultural heritage. Quanzhou has many intangible cultural heritage projects, such as puppet shows, the Fujian-Taiwan Museum, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, and the Maritime Museum, all of which are worth a visit. 🚴‍♀️ Transportation: It is recommended to ride a shared electric bike or a Xiaobai bike in the city. The roads in the old town are narrow and often congested. Xiaobai bikes stop at a wave of your hand, and you can get to your destination by scanning the Quanzhou ride code. It is not recommended to take a taxi or drive, as the traffic is really bad! Prepare the Quanzhou traffic code, and it will be more convenient to take a Xiaobai bike. 🍜 Food: Quanzhou has many delicacies, such as ginger duck, fist rice, noodle paste, vinegar meat, and oyster omelet. I personally like the Quanzhou cuisine at Yahe Quanzhou Restaurant, especially the ginger duck and vinegar meat. 🗺️ Route: I recommend a convenient route: Kaiyuan Temple ➡️ Xiangfeng Lane ➡️ West Street ➡️ Clock Tower ➡️ Zhongshan Street ➡️ Chengtian Zen Temple ➡️ Guanyue Temple ➡️ Tianhou Temple. These are all places worth visiting in Quanzhou. 🎭 Culture: Puppet shows are more interesting when watched in a puppet theater, so remember to book your tickets in advance! You don't have to go to Xunpu Village to see the flower hairpins, as they can be found all over Quanzhou. 🏞️ Surroundings: You can set aside a day to visit Wulin Village, where the ancient villages are also beautiful. If you want to see the sea, you don't have to go to Luojia Temple, as the bay near Chongwu Ancient City is bluer and cleaner!
